Grab a Broom

What I Learned In School Today: Sometimes you have to grab a broom and clean.

Sometimes school administrators have to make difficult decisions. Sometimes we get to work closely with kids. Sometimes we see staff grow and improve in their teaching. Sometimes we lead exciting school initiatives. And sometimes you have to pick up a broom, grab a rag, and help clean the cafeteria after an evening event so it will be clean enough for breakfast on Monday. It’s all part of the job!
